I hope this works out for us. I voted for Trump. Quite simply because i could not bring myself to vote Hillary. I consider him the lesser of two evils. Hopefully he will hit the ground running. Hopefully there are enough checks and balances in the system that he can't do something incredibly stupid. I've always said we need some one with business sense in charge of the "Worlds Largest Corporation"  , the US Govt. We'll see

I'm just not a fan of butter on my fingers. Go figure. I always try to have a set of corn stabbers tucked away some where. I have used a nail as an emergency substitute. Just nice to have some corn on the cob in the house. I miss it. Reminds me of visiting my Dad's folks in Ontario.

In poking around to find something to watch I found #BikerLive. This is about some of the backwoods bike builders. Small shops that the locals are aware of but don't have the national recognition like West Coast, or Orange County. Just watching the first episode. This has the potential for something I'll be watching. Stay tuned.

Can't seem to find decent software for Linux to allow me to develop a post offline. Scribefire used to work but now that appears to be broken. That was neat since it was a browser add-on. So far the only tool that I have that does the job is my android tablet, go figure.

It seems there are a few different kinds of clients for blogging off-line with Linux. So far i'm not too impressed with any of them. I find it somewhat amusing that I can more easily blog with my Android Tablet, than i can with my laptop. I didn't have this kind of a problem with Windows Live Writer. Scribefire used to work in a browser, and now that seems to be broken. Blogilo has never seemed to work that well. I can't get Blogtk to even really load. I'm on a roll.

Still having problems trying to get scribe fire to work with chromium. Seems odd that my tablet can connect To my blog but my laptop has issues.

I'm experimenting with my tablet to create this post. Oddly this client works better than the one on my computer. Which is annoying since I would prefer using a full keyboard.
